Shipping

All sales of ProGradeCabinets.com ship from manufacturing or suppliers warehouse and all products shall be deemed delivered when placed in the possession of a carrier for delivery to the purchaser. Unless the purchaser supplies specific instructions in writing to ProGradeCabinets.com, or its suppliers, we will select shipping methods and routes. ProGradeCabinets.com will not assume any liability in connection with shipment nor constitute any carrier as its agent. The purchaser shall be responsible for making all claims with carriers, insurers, warehousemen and others for misdelivery, nondelivery, loss, damage or delay. ProGradeCabinets.com reserves the right to ship the products covered by a given purchase order by means of several partial shipments. ProGradeCabinets.com may withhold or suspend in whole or in part shipment of products in the event that the purchaser fails to pay order in advance, or otherwise fails to perform any of its obligations to ProGradeCabinets.com.

ProGradeCabinets.com attempts not to do partial shipments, but we may by request.

Any item not in a "Quick Ship" Category is considered "Made to Order." The majority of our products are "Made to Order." The lead time for "Made to Order" products depends on manufacturer. If your purchase has any "Made to Order" items your order ships when the last product from that specific manufacturer is ready to ship.

If your order only consists of items from our "Quick Ship" Category they usually ship within 7 business days or less from purchase date.

Should you want to purchase both "Made to Order" items, and "Quick Ship" items from the same manufacturer, and you want your "Quick Ship" items to be shipped in a timely manner, the "Made to Order" items and the "QuickShip" items must be on seperate transactions. If you put them on the same transaction you can expect them to be shipped together.

We only ship within the US and Canada. Customers shipping to Canada will need a customs broker before ordering. And you will be responsible for all taxes and fees.

Cancellation/Change Policy

Cancellations or changes are only allowed with written permission from ProGradeCabinets.com. We generally process your order in 90 minutes after you make the purchase. If you contact us within 90 minutes of purchase we can generally allow cancellations or changes to an order without penalty.

After 90 minutes, you can not cancel any "Made to Order" items. You can cancel "Quick Ship" items if given written permission by ProGradeCabinets.com, and cancelations will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. You can not cancel any items after they have been shipped. It is best to know exactly what you need before checkout. Returns Policy

No returns are allowed without written permission from ProGradeCabinets.com. Generally returns are not allowed. In the rare occurance that we allow a return, you will be responsible for arrangment and payment of return shipping and will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
